Returns & Refunds


ON-LINE EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that with online orders the opportunity to handle the products in person is missed. For this reason, we do our best to offer smaller sizes of most of our products as an opportunity to try a product before purchasing a full size.

If a product is purchased and you decide it is not for you, we offer an exchange or store credit on products for 14 days after delivery. The product must not be used. The sender is responsible for return postage fees, but we will cover the shipment of the new item to you. We recommend using a tracking number and ensuring your parcel has insurance in case of loss or damage. All product returns require approval from Shaeberry.

To start this process, please contact us directly at info@shaeberry.com and our team will collect details from you and provide guidance about next steps.  

  • Returns will be accepted only from the original purchaser. We cannot offer returns on products that were the result of purchases from a re-sale.
  • Return products must be received and accounted for at our Shop in Ontario before credit notes or replacements can be sent out. Replacements or credit notes will be issued within 7 calendar days of receipt at our location.
  • Shaeberry does not offer credit notes for products that were sent out at no charge to the original order.
  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If a product is found damaged as result of shipping, please contact us at info@nezzanaturals.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please include a detailed description of the damage along with a photo.

Shipping & Taxes

Please ensure you double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Nezza Naturals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to entry errors during customer check out. However, we will always do our best to help locate them.  

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA

  • All on-line orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped from Frankford, Ontario
  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
  • Orders over $75 (before tax) will be shipped for FREE within Canada. Orders under $75 will be charged based on size, weight and destination of the package. .
  • Depending on the destination, orders may arrive anywhere between 2-10 business days after they are placed. During a Pandemic, possibly longer.
  • Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Shaeberry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However we will do our best to help locate any lost packages. Please contact your local post office first to see if they are holding your item.
  • After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number for your parcel.

ORDERS TO THE USA

  • Orders $100 will be shipped for FREE to all destinations within the USA 
  • Orders under $100 shipped to the USA will be charged based on size, weight and destination of the package. Your shipping rate will be applied at checkout and you will be able to view the cost before confirming your order.
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped out of our location in Frankford, Ontario.
  • All orders shipped out to the USA are sent by Canada Post and are sent by air and tracked.
  • Depending on where you live in the USA, orders may arrive anywhere between 5-14 business days after being placed with us online. May take longer during a Pandemic.
  • Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. Shaeberry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to help you locate a missing package.
  • Please note that all orders are charged in Canadian dollars. If shopping in the USA, your credit card will automatically determine the exchange rate for you at the time of purchase and you will see the actual amount you were charged on your credit card statement.

ORDERS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA

  • Shipping rates will vary depending on size, weight and destination country. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
  • All orders are shipped by Canada Post by air and are tracked
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped out of our location in Frankford, Ontario

Payment Methods

We are currently accepting all payment methods such as Credit Cards, Interact and Paypal. We do not accept e-transfers or Cash.

Warranties

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).


We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

In no case shall Shaeberry, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shaebarry and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Product Subscriptions and Regulations

We offer Monthly and Weekly Subscriptions on most of our products. While checking out, if a subscription is available for that particular product, it will be an optional selection.

You save more when you are subscribed! 

Monthly Subscriptions Save 10%
Weekly Subscriptions Save 15%

You may cancel your subscription at anytime. However, you must cancel prior to your next bill cycle. Any returns resulting from not cancelling, will remain as a store credit and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Payments will be billed on the day of your next cycle. We will make 3 attempts to deduct payment directly. Once a failure has occurred the second time, you will be notified by email for the last attempt.

You may:

-Cancel at any time

-Pause and Resume your account (Great for going away for a longer period of time)

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.


Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
